1 package (1 ounce) ranch seasoning
3 tablespoons garlic-parmesan seasoning
3 tablespoons vegetable oil
1/2 cup popcorn kernels
3 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted, divided
Directions

1. In a small bowl, whisk seasonings. Makes about 6 tablespoons.

 

2. In a large saucepot, heat oil over medium-high heat. Stir in popcorn kernels; cover and cook for 3 minutes or until most kernels have popped. Transfer popcorn to a large bowl; discard any un-popped kernels

 

3. Add 1 1/2 tablespoons butter and 3 tablespoons seasoning mixture to popcorn; carefully toss to coat. Repeat with remaining 1 1/2 tablespoons butter and 3 tablespoons seasoning. Makes about 12 cups.
